is tired of jam.

Russell Hoban

Russell Hoban (born February 4, 1925) created the most beloved badger in children’s literature when he wrote Bread and Jam for Frances. Hoban also wrote the cult sci-fi novel Riddley Walker, which led one newspaper to dub him, “the strangest writer in Britain.”
